Frame slop and other error messages- explain

Frame slop
That warning normally means that part of your graphic is 'out of bounds' on the work table. I sometimes seems random, I think because I have too many graphics in a file [memory problem [the machine, not mine, usually].

"No enough extend space." ERROR - at the end of each sweep the beam switches off but the head has to travel on as it decelerates to a stop, turn around and accelerate back up to speed before turning the beam on again. If you have set your program to run from 0, 0 or a point that does not allow this to happen, this overrun will go outside the allowable work area. You need to leave about 5mm all round when engraving to allow for this, depending on speed. So set your origin at 5, 5 and make sure your image is not bigger than 10 mm less than your work area. Try
moving it off 0, 0 by about 5 mm's in both axis settings, hit origin then try again.

-Move the piece you want to engrave toward the center of the bed - you are too close to the edge of where the laser head is moving.
-The laser travels some distance past the point it cuts/engraves in both X and Y, if there is not room for the over travel that is the error you receive.

- should indicate that when scanning the head does not have enough room to the left and right of the work piece to go past, decelerate to a stop, reverse direction and accelerate back to scan speed. Again, it sometimes pops up when it is not appropriate, sometime repositioning on the drawing window or on the actual machine table will let you get on with your life. Experiment with everything in your power.

-This will be one of my main reasons for migrating to LightBurn- I am pretty good at getting around RDws other issues, but this one seems random. Sometimes saving the file and re-opening will help, sometimes saving the orig file as a different name or number and deleting some of the data will help, sometimes not.
