I somehow ended up with a few blank file names in the file list on my controller and now one of them has migrated to the top position in the list. RDWorks apparently doesn't like that and now crashes when the unit is powered up and the file button on the controller is pressed. RDWorks seems catatonic for a minute or two and then throws a "Device Not Connected" error and refuses to do anything after that. Re-starting the machine doesn't help. I can't seem to find a way to delete the problem file, either from the laser control panel (my normal operating mode) or from a laptop linked through a USB port and running RDWorks there.

Does anyone have an idea how the problem files can be deleted?
