Hi Everyone,
I'm getting a double line when cutting on some projects. I'm still pretty new with this. Has anyone run across this?
Thanks for any input

Thanks again Gene, that was it. But it also made me realize I have another issue. The whole laser column is not square to the table or the rail. It's off just a degree or so. It looks like the only way to straighten it would be to remove it and elongate the screw holes. Oh well, I'm learning.

As you look deeper you may find other non-square issues too, with the tube, mirror mounts and gantry- a good time to check everything.
