Does your laser work correctly when cutting? I am wondering if your problem exists ONLY when you press the Frame button, or if it exists ALL THE TIME.
I believe there's a setting (from memory, I think it says something about "close laser") that tells if the laser fires or not during framing.

thanks for your reply and help.
unfortunately now I have to adjust the head, because after using the rotary for the glass, the engraver went mad with the axes (and started shooting the laser at random) and slammed hard at the edge of the machine, losing the line with the mirrors. I had to do the factory reset and then I had to reset the xy axes via vedor setting.
but if I print a circle, it cuts into a circle, so it works, but if I press the frame button, it also fires the laser

I played with close laser and open laser in the user tab.
with open laser, the frame comes out with the laser that shoots, with close laser, when I press the frame button theoretically, it doesn't shoot, but actually it shoots very lightly ... strange

I'm back; just to say that I also solved by replacing the power supply.

I had a similar issue when I first bought my laser and it was a ground issue, I snapped off the grounds of my computer and machine power cables. Everything is still running fine 3 years out.
