Blurry engraving and not clean cutting

All of the sudden in the middle of multiple cuts the engraving and cutting went array .... any suggestions on what to do?

It's a bit hard to tell from your photo what's wrong. Could you post a "before" and "after" image showing a good engraving vs a bad one?
Check that your lens is mounted snugly - it appears to be wobbling. It could also be a loose mirror.
You also need to calibrate your backlash and your scanning reverse interval.
If your X backlash has changed suddenly, I'd check for a loose set screw (grub screw) holding the X-axis drive gear to its axle.
