I'm a retired engineer and just got a 60W laser engraver/cutter. I started with an open frame LED laser that just wouldn't do what I needed to do. I've been watching Russ Sadler's RDWorks Learning Lab videos and learning a lot about CO2 lasers. I could tell he was an engineer from the first videos I watched before I saw his first Learning Lab introduction video.
