X and Y axes are resetting to 10000 mm

RDWorks Version: v8.01.18
Ruida Controller: RDC6445
Windows Version: 10 pro

I am new to lasers and I started to modify one small one, K40, to install a new ruida controller RDC6445G type. As the labels we wan to engrave are small dimensions of K40 were fine. I knew from the start that original controller will not be what we need and we will need to exchange it. Untill now we have install motors /drivers and now I have encountered a "issue":
X and Y axes are resetting to 10000 mm. How can I erase and store a new value? I have read previous post, but still I couldn't manage to store new values, only temporary until restart or reset. The controller need firmware update?
