Welcome Magandeep , RD works is a pretty good but frustrating program, you might want to try the free trial for LightBurn software- they have made great strides and in many ways is better than RDworks. We have an English translation to the Ruida manual that may help you and a lot of info here. If you have questions... just ask. Gene
