I used to be able to draw my parts in Autocad, save as DXF file and open RDWORKS 8.0.047 hit download put the file or a part of it on the table screen line up the green dot to the top left, and then go to the machine, click file, press enter and it would engrave my text, then cut my parts. I did this for over a year.

NOW

Things are different after having a relay burn out and I replaced it.
first import the file and it is tiny , about 20 times too small? What happened? What setting do I change? the Drawings are all the same Drawn in Autocad 1:1

This laser and it's software seem to have a mind of it's own?

Accessories: I have a combining lenses, pin tables [homebuilt], honeycomb tables , wireless remote, Modifed Ultimate Air Assist, home built non-powered rotary device, PrusaMK4 and Mini Prusa printers.

Which relay... and fixed the other problem, how? I may help someone else down the road apiece.
