Hello all users here!
My name is Anthony and I work for Metaquip, a small company wich sells and maintains lasercutters in various sizes.
We are mostly active in The Netherlands and Belgium but we have placed machines all through Europe.
Besides the CO2 machines we also sell fiber-metal cutter/engravers.
Our biggest CO2 cutter for now is a 4 by 2 meters portal wich moves to the Czech Republic soon.
The smallest machine in our range is a 40x40 cm tabletop.
Our lasertubes go from 40Watt up to 300Watt but the most common range stays in between 80-130 Watt.
I reached this forum when I had to search for a problem I couldn't inmediately solve. Unfortunately there was no thread about the problem yet.
I hope to help ppl here as others could help me sometimes.
Have fun!!

Hello Gene,
We believe it's really important to communicate in more than one language. Luckily we are able to speak German and English besides our Dutch language. Though our French isn't so great, we still understand the needs of our customers
The company is founded in 2015 and the support is growing more and more. Partly because 'old' machines start to get tired once and a while, at the other side, there are new markets/users with special demands. We work hard to serve both sides.
The problem I mentioned before was probably a bad connection or a bad powersupply. The panel was stuck with the text: "connecting to controller".
After suggesting to test the connection and secundary test the 24V powersupply, the client solved the problem. (At least, they would have contacted me if it didn't work
