Purchased a 100w Redsail Laser a several years ago. Unresolved issues. Had a ton of trouble with the Top Wisdom manual's translation to English. Maybe it has been improved by. I decided to convert over to a Ruida RDC4554G. In the middle of that process and may need help in the near future.
