Hello Everyone,
I work for a company in New York that produces promotional products and workplace uniforms. I mainly deal with name badges, awards, and tools. We recently purchased a second hand Boss laser, which appears to be in perfect working order. Our other CO2 laser is an Epilog, which is significantly more user friendly. The UI for RDworks was daunting at first but thanks to many posts on here, I am becoming more and more familiar with it. I love the many niche communities that form in this industry to collect and share information that doesn't seem to be readily available online elsewhere.
In over my head with RDWorks

Welcome Matt- I would advise that you save your Vendor/User files because they are often lost. I would also look at LightBurn software which was written by one of our members and is a lot more intuitive I believe. It is $80 to buy and money well spent. Gene
