Welcome Steven, we always recommend saving your Vendor files but if you cannot connect you may not be able to. The 320 controller is getting pretty old so I don't know which RDworks versions may work with it but I am pretty sure that LightBurn will- they have a free trial that you could find out on. It is a great program and a lot [maybe most] or us use it now. Gene
