A few [many] years ago I was into building the carriage for .6 Pounder [50 caliber] CW cannons and the ammunition carts that they were pulled by. The wheels have 3D printed wood hubs and iron tires and reinforcing rings, everything else was made on the laser from solid wood- my designs. I have lately found another old fart who is a wheelwright on Youtube and have been meaning to send him one. https://www.youtube.com/@EngelsCoachShop - this guy as mad skills.

Looking at the pict- there is a 3D printed to scale cannon barrel that i was going to use to make a mold to cast the bronze barrel. Ah to be young and foolish once more. g
