Hello
Im from sweden and currently in the end stages of building a rather "big" lasercutter for a makerspace. Programmer by trade and is usually found either tinkering with stuff, gaming or 3d printing.

I know Russ Sadler was working on a very large laser cutter for cutting rolls of carpet.

The largest I've used is a 2500 x 1500mm 250W system
