Issues with RDWorks

My 50W OMTECH is supposed to arrive tomorrow, so in preparation for that I downloaded and installed V8.01.54 followed a day or two later by V8.01.57-20210827 and started investigating it's capabilities as compared to LightBurn. After watching a YouTube video about vectorizing an image I decided to give it a try. I imported a .JPG file and then clicked on the BMP icon. When I clicked on "Get Outline" I got the spinning circle icon for a few seconds and then RDWorks terminated itself. After another couple failed attempts I decided to uninstall and re-install it. All attempts to uninstall RDWorks have been unsuccessful. When I tried to uninstall from Settings - Apps it said there was no uninstall file. Then I went to the RDWorks folder I double-clicked on the Uninstall.exe and it responded with "access denied". Not sure where to go from here. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem. Suddenly, I can't import BMP files or photos.
