Also as I mentioned in a previous post every version I've downloaded gets flagged as having a Trojan horse. Not sure what that's about but It would be nice to be able to trust this software.

Allan- I would suspect your virus protection if all of Ruida's software does that. I have never noticed it or heard of any problems with it.

From the looks of it the software itself is fine. It's just the uninstaller that flags as a Trojan horse. You have to actually run the uninstaller EXE file. So, you wouldn't have any problems until you uninstalled the program.
I'm curious if anyone has uninstalled (e.g. to upgrade) and then gotten a virus or another issue?

Russ sent me a screen shot of his .38 and what I should be seeing, but no joy so far.

About this, I found a way of getting "Go Scale" and "Cut Scale" back on newer RDWorks versions. Just search for the file "soft.ini" in the RDWorks installation folder, and search for this part:

[Interface]
ShowCutScale=0
ShowGoScale=0
ShowStartBtn=1

And change ShowCutScale and ShowGoScale to 1 and save. I cannot understand why this is not the default anymore.

That's been a while, and it turns out it was a bad download from Thunder. Got a .44 from another source and no problem. Have since gotten the .47 from the Ruida public download, and now am playing with the .48 & .49 beta versions with a camera feature. And of course Ruida is SOOOOO forthcoming with documentation... LOL

Added .47 and .48 to my Google Drive common repository. Not sure about the .44 Thunder Laser version my understanding is they are locked to Thunder Laser use only?
