I imported your Dxf file in Rdworks and i have this result.As you can see the scaning isnt the one i wanted to be. If you import the dxf file in Rdworks you see this image?

Thank you all for your answer, this is a very helpfull forum..
i Imported the ai file and the result is great. You can see the image. So the problem maybe is my corel settings or the way that rd imports dxf files..

Thank you very much, problem solved . Your ai file had great results and reduced production time to 13 min total engraving time. Amazing!
