Hello. Now that the .60 version is out it is supposed to be able to be installed as a plug in to the cc2020 version. I trying in different pcs and I am constantly getting this error when opening the illustrator. "Error loading plugins. replug.aip" Does anyone knows how to debug it? I only managed to get it to wont in 2018 version. I would really love to make it work in 2020 version and why not in 2022. We spent a lot of ours with adobe support but they couldn't manage. They told me to contact the developer. I tried contacting ruida but got no answer and also my machines manufacturer who as is seems they cannot understand English. Is there anyone here who knows about it. I would be really grateful for some help. Thanks.

Ruida started a YouTube channel a while back, and they recently added a plug in episode. I'd try asking / commenting there and see what you get.

Hello Dave and thanks for the suggestion. I had commended on their Facebook post of the same video. I tried email them and got no reply. When I initiated a WhatsApp chat with them from Facebook a woman named cyan responded and I was full of joy! She sent me this video that you shared and she does not replying since. I can't believe we can't get support from anywhere for simple questions. Behaviours like these give the Chinese products a bad name.

Yeah, sorry to say that has been my experience to a degree. I know they are neck deep in the finishing of the new software. Several of the people that were on the original have been pulled in to try and get the beta out on the new one. I was expecting it several months ago, but evidentially they hit a snag of some sort. Doesn't help that a lot of their people are in a lock down and working from home again. Not making excuses, just the way it is over there.
