Why would you want to?
It doesn't make sense mechanically to have a negative backlash. Here's a simple idea of "backlash" - I know English is not your primary language so I'll try to use words that translate easily.

Imagine two gears or cogs. The first gear drives the second gear. Now imagine that the two gears do not fit together very well. There is some space between the gear "teeth". So the first gear can turn a little bit before it contacts the second one and force the second one to start turning. And when we reverse the rotation of the first gear, we again have a little bit of movement before the second one starts turning. This is called "backlash".

So we can see that a perfect pair of gears fits exactly, and there is 0 backlash. This means the second gear moves exactly when the first gear does, even when we reverse direction. A negative backlash would mean the second gear would move BEFORE the first gear starts. This is nonsense - how can we have an output before we have an input?

I thought we could have more neutral on the one hand and smaller on the other

but I do not know why in one of my few machines I can not save the backlash value I entered

the first wheel is OK and the next one is already loose

This is very strange - you can program the X backlash on one machine, but not the other? How many machines do you have?

I would first try exchanging the USB cables between the good machine and the bad machine.
Please notice that the USB port on the side of the machine is actually just the end of an extension cable. Follow that cable to the true USB port on the Ruida controller. Ensure that it is plugged-in properly. You might also exchange this extension cable with one from the good machine.

If these things don't work, then perhaps you have a defective Ruida controller.

I have several machines, they are connected by a network cable. Communication is Ok.
look at the picture above, the first circle is OK, the next ones are neutral
