Accessories: I have a combining lenses, pin tables [homebuilt], honeycomb tables , wireless remote, Modifed Ultimate Air Assist, home built non-powered rotary device, PrusaMK4 and Mini Prusa printers.

You could download the free version of Lightburn and try that- it likely is a software setting somewhere IMHO.

In LightBurn, this is trivial - Go to Edit > Device Settings and switch on 'Z Enable', and 'Relative Z Moves'. (you'll likely also want 'Relative Z moves')

Then, in the cut layer, change the Z offset to the amount you want the laser head to offset from the focus height for just that layer. That's it.

I've personally used it as a second pass over acrylic to fuse the dust back into an engraved pocket and smooth it.
