Just putting this one here as a design idea for others as it is very specifically ruler dependent and there is no set sizing. This one is to suit a Toledo I already have which is slightly more narrow than the currently available version.
It could also be modified into a combination square type of fence to add 45 degree functionality to it but I suspect it would lose some of the 90 degree accuracy with the shorter fence.
Same insert and Screw as per the previous designs. 1mm hardwood inserts for the ruler clearance and front face to cover the alignment inserts for smoother use. Partial glue up and test for square or jig to square highly recommended or test and tweak before adding the front face if needed.
