More accurate Routing too along with better living and not to mention less sanding and Acrylic breaking with a Saw ;)

Got the dozen 150mm Corners done and today I tried out in earnest the Circle cutter I designed and made last week 8-) Not a new idea but mixing up a touch of 3D printing and Laser Cutting is.

Two layers of 3mm Laminated together small 3D printed knob sitting just above a Steel Weld nut to run in the acrylic trench to lock the pivot in place. I did post the Render in another thread but a gratuitous repost here and a couple of action shots .....

Confession time. Replacement fence for my disc Sander as the standard one was no where near square.

Measure twice, model once, check the model (FAIL) , fix the model and have to cut twice Image

The idea to make a nice 90 degree vertical fence to replace the rubbish injection molded one was ok overall execution 2/10.....

EDIT: A little while later MK2 now the 25mm high I wanted but was waiting on the bolts for. Used the extra length to stitch the fence together from the top and bottom. Now 9/10 8-)
