I actually grew into whatever this turned out to be in Wadena, Mn which is the home of Kern Laser which probably builds 10k watt lasers. The chief Kern was an instructor in the Wadena Vocational School [not a reform school like it sounds]- this was before Vocational Colleges.

Wadena, that's getting up near the scrubs.
I kinda went around the same way. Started off in Rapidan, then moved into the big town of Mankato. Went on the road for a while, then off to school in Kansas City. Big city school and I didn't get along. Was back and forth between the KC metro and Mankato for a while, but landed down here. Been out in the country for the last fifteen and wouldn't move back into the metro for anything. We're on 10A with two neighbors on the adjoining 10's, then surrounded by hay and corn fields for miles.
