Not sure, I've always done email, and they are pretty prompt once you get over the time difference. Russ swears by them so I take that as a good sign. I took to setting my world clock on my phone. London for Russ, and Hong Kong for Cloudray.
My contact person is Cara Miao ( [email protected] ). Don't know if that's a he or a she, but always quick response. Monday 7:30p US Central is Tuesday 9:30a for Cloudray. Tell them Dave with Country Cutter sent you, can't hurt.
Example, the TR90 on the web site is $460, through the sales department it's $380. You have to do a bank transfer to pay for it, but it will be a five day UPS shipment instead of a four or five week USPS shipment. If you are just getting a few things, it might be cheaper to upgrade your shipping through the web site and pay via paypal. But if you are getting several things, then the bank transfer fee from your bank will be compensated for.
