Didn't want to start a new topic as it seems this falls into the same category. What temperature do you guys keep your water at? I should mention I am going the home made chiller route using a cooler and ice packs for now until I get my little business up and running and make some money to buy a genuine chiller rather than a knock off. It seems I may actually be keeping too cold as I am getting a lot of condensation not only on the tube but also along the water lines inside the machine. There is what I am guessing is the water flow switch right near the water lines and I am concerned it may short out. I should also mention I am in the Northeast US in NJ and my workshop is in the garage which is not temperature controlled and we are currently in the midst of a heatwave, 90-100F everyday for going on three weeks now.

I'm in Kansas City, and went the Walmart mini fridge DIY chiller route. $149 for the fridge. Keeps the water around 45F to 70F. Had a problem with the bucket and had to switch to a smaller one. Less thermal mass means I only get about three hours of cutting in at a time unless I drop some frozen bottles in the bucket.

Other than the smaller bucket problem, and that was partially my own making, it works great and has room for a few... beverages! You can make your penetrations through the front door on just about any brand, or through the back wall on certain models, side wall on others.
