Finding tubes with a good beam pattern is difficult- I have 3 new Reci 130 & 80 watt tubes with unusable patterns. The larger the bed, the more divergence will occur also. Be very cautious as even bad brand name tubes are being sold out the back door now. Watch Russ' latest videos on Youtube.

Sounds like you've covered everything then. I was just tossing out ideas. As much as I hate to say it, but from everything you've described, it sounds like you are getting some serious beam spread from the tube.

Thank you all guys for sharing your valuable time for me and putting your effort to this problem of mine . I did some other tests to determine whether this problem caused by my tubes or not and it turned out my tubes are problematic . I have mesaured burnt beam size across the table and it was 18 mm (shortest distance from tube to head) , 22 mm (in the middle of the table) , 27 mm (longest distance from tube to head) . According to these measurements , i believe that the beam size coming from the tube is too large to fit into the position of the mirror . When i asked about it to technical services they told me the same . So, for now , im working with my laser by appyling cold compression to the heads .

If anyone has other thoughts or ideas on this subject please share it with me .

I bought a head with a bigger mirror but the 'tunnel' into the mirror is too small. I intend to bore it out in one of my next lives

My factory head had in incoming hole off vertically by almost 3mm. It was one of the biggest factors in getting Russ's open head.

To the OP- have you been cutting PVC with your machine- looks really corroded.

İndeed i do cut PVC (synthetic leather) . Although i know ıts harmful for my health , i have to cut it due to competitiveness and unprofitable environment

We have a member in Ireland who scrapped two lasers after cutting PVC- the fumes are deadly as well as very damaging to the optics and mirrors and all the metal parts. Judging by the visible corrosion your exhaust is not adequate to get rid of the fumes.

Sorry for my late response . I have been struggling with a problem for while . I was already thinking about getting a better exhaust fan for a more reliable fume extraction. I guess i better hurry up to get that better fan after reading what you have written . I really cant measure how harmful this fume is ,so ıts better to have a proper fan . Thanks Man .
