All I did was change the x backlash to 0.15 after creeping up on it, the target on the right has the 0.15 adjustment.. the only thing I'm stuck on now is if I need to adjust the power timing? as no idea how to do that, and if this has it sorted do I need to adjust the power timing?

Hi Toby, your thanks are sufficient for me ;-)

I'd go ahead and re-check the power supply timing. You do know how to do it; you called it "Scan Backlash compensation" in your earlier message. It's the one where you scan a square and make sure the scan lines are aligned.

haha, thanks yeh I'm going to setup a few squares so I can measure and setup the scan backlash and main backlash using one drawing.
