The sheet is plastic with aluminum skin it’s lite weight and is easy to work with. Used by sign companies. There are 2 opening at back for exhaust. I will cover slats with steel sheet with a gap on sides to pull exhaust down to ducts under slats.

I just sold and am still hip deep in a sign shop- that alum composite material [ACM] is great stuff. The paint will burn off but it will work great.

I salvaged a SS electrical panel from discontinued equipment. It’s a little small but will have to do. I think I can shoe horn everything inside. I’ve already had to changed panel controls for second time. I can now mount it and start landing wires.
