I'm curious if anyone has used acrylic in place of steel for the mounting plate? I don't have the ability to mill at the moment (Although that may be changing soon) but I do have some nice 5mm Acrylic that would do in a pinch. A couple MM thicker, but not sure how much that would matter?

Does anyone know where I can get the files for Russ's pre filter that he made in lightblade learning lab 31 ?
There are linos to the files in youtube but they are no longer working.
Thank you

				Hi
I'm planing to build China Blue Head transplant for my K40. However my K40 laser head is mounted from the top.
Does anyone tried this or have drawing for a top mount?
Thanks Morten
