I made a rack to hold a set of forstner bits. the top and bottom holes are different diameters
There are 3 plates to hold the bits. I cut rabbits and dadoes in the sides to hold the plates see the end for more detail.
My Bits are not uniform in diameter.

Inspired by but different that and I am to lazy to do the nice woodworking of Pete's :)

I just took delivery of a new set of Sutton metric Forstner bits that came in a now fairly typical bubble plastic packet so I decided to build a box for them so they don't get knocked around. Also added a few more holes on the end for a set of countersunk bits. THIS SET HERE

3mm Ply based and fits onto 2 bits about A4 in dimensions. The SVG files are in the ZIP file attached to this post. Also if anyone wants to take this idea and adapt it to their own this link will get you the shared Fusion 360 file (3Mb so a link rather than upload here) https://a360.co/2PXzOHM

If you are going to use the SVG's you may want to just check the kerf suits. Worst case is you may have a little manual trimming to do.

Still waiting on the arrival of the countersunk bits before I cut mine out to check the heights of them.

EDIT finally got around to making it in February 2020 :o Finished, light sand and a coat of Beeswax and Oil for a little protection.
