Accessories: I have a combining lenses, pin tables [homebuilt], honeycomb tables , wireless remote, Modifed Ultimate Air Assist, home built non-powered rotary device, PrusaMK4 and Mini Prusa printers.
Under Help > third selection is Language, again the third one down is English. We have a revised language file to add to improve the understandability of the Chinglish within RDw- should be with the Manual download I think [hope].

Thanks Gene.
I already have the language set to English, but some of the messages (like the one I posted) don't seem to be in the version of English that I've learned.

I just looked and the language files are not with the manual. These are the files I have, and as I recall you just drop them in the RDworks folder in your C:drive. I don't have time to test this, if you are willing to try them, please let me know. Gene

I unpacked the lang.zip files and added them to my RDworks folder (after renaming the original files) and it didn't make any differences that I've been able to detect. But I'm still very new to RDworks so it may have changed some text in areas I haven't explored yet.
The strange text box that pops up when saving files to USB stick is still gibberish.
Since the save operation appears to be successful I'll just assume that box is telling me how smart (and handsome) I am.

That is the same language file I have in my program[s]- but I did not include all the files, namely the Install Instructions- this zip has everything. You can change individual captions in RDworks [for instance I have changed my Cut and Trace captions to Cut perimeter and trace perimeter [I don't remember what RDworks used] because I have others using my laser and I thought that was more clear] with a free program that I find very helpful Notepad++, it will also edit your materials Library, which I do from time to time to tidy it up. Sorry for the confusion, old and in a hurry. Gene
install Lang.zip
Try this and please post yea or nay.

Just a note on these files, and RDWorks v8.01.40-190314.
Installing them as per the instructions didn't seem to work for me. There was no additional menu item for 'Other' or the RDWorksLab English version once I put them in the base folder or the Lang folder.
What I ended up doing was replacing the existing language files ending in _3 located in RDWorksV8\Lang with the new version (backing up the originals first of course).
Further to the above - I just did a text comparison on the factory .40 ini file, and the edited version provided above, and there's some structural differences (besides the spelling mistakes) between the two versions.
If I get a chance I'll merge the two and provide an up to date version for 8.01.40.
