Hi everyone,
After months (actually years already, when thinking of when I first looked up what a lasercutter costs) reading about lasercutters and using them in the local FabLab I finaly decided to invest in one myself.
I ended up with a red and black chinese ebay machine (Ridgeyard 80 watt, 50 x 70cm bed).
It was delivered a few days ago and I'm very enthousiastic about the first tests, although the mirrors still need some minor adjustments.
First project will be the laserpointer for the mirror allignment for sure! The tape thing is a real pain
I've been watching the chanel for some time and I can only say "wow!"... what a resource for information! That chanel actually convinced me of buying one myself.
Realy looking forward to this learning adventure
