I haven't filled out a dating profile in a while.
I like long walks on the beach, the wind in my hair, and Jimmy Buffet whispering in the background...
But really, I work for a local non-profit that runs a sawmill. Before I arrived, they had the idea to start a division of the company that could utilize the cheap wood prices to bring more money in. That's the reason that we now have 2 100W co2 chinese red/black lasers, a 2x4 desktop CNC router, and a 5x12 CNC router.
I kinda got tossed into the job with little experience, and I've been learning every day. Currently we have a line of products that we customize for the customer. We also have done some bigger production runs, but those are fewer and further between.
Some stuff was already designed when I got here, but I've refined them over time. I've designed new products, and try to make new things as often as I can. I mainly use Illustrator and LightBurn for design and laser operation.
I don't know what else you want to know. I'll take whiskey over vodka. Rock over country. Ford over Chevy. It's pop, not soda.
