My name is Shannon. As an employee of Rabbit Laser USA, I have access to years of experience from our technicians and support team.

Currently, our lineup of laser machines including QX 6040 (40 Watts), QX 7040 (40 Watts), QX 9060 (60 Watts), QX 1290 (80 Watts), QX 1390 (80 Watts), QX 1525 (80 Watts), RL 6040 (40 Watts), RL 9060 (60 Watts), and RL 1290 (80 Watts).

Our warehouse is full of Laser Machines, Chillers, spare parts, and anything else that might be needed with a laser machine.

In our Demo room, we have machines set up ready to demonstrate numerous capabilities for any friendly face that walks through our doors.

-Do you provide tech support for equipment your company did not sell?
-What kind of tech support does Rabbit provide? /email/chat/phone ....Is there a cost break down - tech support for machines you sold, tech support for machine you did not sell)
-Can you provide replacement parts for equipment you company did not sell?

Sorry for the delay, I’ve been out of the office.

To address your questions:
- Yes, we do provide tech support for other manufacturers of laser machines, including machines that we did not sell.
- Rabbit Laser USA provides technical support using email, chat, phone, on-site, Skype, and team viewer. The cost is variable depending on the technical support required and the cost is quite similar between servicing our machines and others.
- Yes, we do provide replacement parts for laser machines that we did not sell. In our warehouse, we stock many items in-house that are tested and ready to be sent out. If we do not have a replacement part, we can reach out to our factories and see if they can find the needed part. We also have comparable parts that may be used in exchange of the original part.
