Hi folks
My name is Shahhanshah Ali-Cassim, and I own and operate the business Cassims Print Shop here in Trinidad and Tobago. (The Caribbean), just north of South America.
I've been involved in the Computer and Print businesses since 1990. In 2006 my home, place of business and everything else material was destroyed by a fire which took place at my neighbors premises. The owner imported a 40' Container of a chemical called Tolueen which exploded a few days after. Since then, I've struggled to bring myself out of the ashes and continue business. Having lost my capital and business, I had no other choice but to move with my wife (who was pregnant at the time), and 3 little boys to reside at my in-laws. We lived there for about 2.75 years until I was able to purchase a piece of land (with the help of family members) and rebuild a home. We moved into our unfinished (new home) in 2009.
Since then it was an uphill battle to repurchase printing machinery, one piece at a time to restart my printing business... Today I literally live inside my business place, and recently invested in a 100W Laser Cutter which I purchased on AliBaba, China. I'm happy to be part of this forum, hoping to learn from others experiences in maximizing on the use of my Laser machinery.
To everyone who are here... nice to be part of this family.

Welcome Shahhanshah- you have had a lot of bad luck and I am impressed that you are moving forward. I have a similar machine and I am sure that a living can be made with it. And it is probably easier to market than printing, depending on your area of course. Gene
