Lasers are cool!

Howdy
I powered up my new HL-1060 130 watt laser cutter for the first time today, then I smiled real good. I have not cut or engraved anything with my new cutter yet. I've had some experience with 60 watt Epilog laser cutters in the past, at the former maker space Tech Shop, but It's been a few years since being in the driver seat. I might need a little hand holding to get back up to speed. Although I'm not a complete noob at laser cutting, I have less than 1 days experience with RDWorks, so I suppose I am a complete noob in that regard. I'm stoked to start vaporizing things again.
Lasers...... pew.... pew!
