The windows pc I use for rdworks had a corrupt user profile, so I ended up creating a new user and deleting the old account.

RDworks no longer brings up a parameter library. I hadn't expected it to be saved somewhere in the user profile but i'm guessing it may have been.

Can someone advise the location and name of the file, so I can dig around a little more

RDworksV8/Param.lib

Location varies based upon each user set up it seems

C:\Users\Pcyr\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Corel\CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X7\Programs64\RDWorksV8

I kept the documents folders etc but not appdata as I didn't expect it to be there

appdata is usually hidden! Maybe you are lucky

woohoo ... used an old data recovery program I had and restored it again, multiple copies saved now LOL
