Welcome Gennaro- it is interesting that you have a Rabbit laser where did you obtain it [we have a company named Rabbit laser in the US]. I am not sure what you are asking, where are you setting the parameters that you are losing? Gene

That should be saved if you use the bottom 'Close' button to get out of the window. No idea what the problem is if it is not saved.

I tried an experiment. I created a new reverse interval setting. Then I pressed "Close" and then I exited from RD Works. When I opened RD Works again, my new setting was still there.

I am using RD Works 8.01.24. Perhaps you have found a bug with 8.01.40.

I notice that my RD Works has a bunch of config files that were recently updated. For my version, they are located in C:\RDWorksV8 . There are files such as comcfg, config, custom, OEMLaser.ini, soft.ini, upara, and vpara.

Do you have similar files? Do your files have a very recent date (were they changed the last time you opened RDWorks)? Do you have permission to write to the directory where these files exist?

Best of luck!

I am also using Windows 10 Enterprise. When I open RD Works, I am always asked, "Do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device?" I always click YES. I think this is required for RDWorks to function properly.
