Hi!
I'm Colby, just moved to Las Vegas! I just started to dip a toe in the waters of laser engraving. I was pointed to a 50W Chinese laser (SH-G350), bought it, then found Russ on youtube. BOY what a saviour he is!
I also have two 3D printers that I would love to incorporate with the engraver somehow, and over all I'd like to make a nice little side business making things if I can.

I would love to hear from everyone, and if there are people in Vegas that would like to do a meet and greet, I'm all for it!

Welcome along There is a few of us have 3D printers along with obviously plenty of Lasers. Hybrid designs with the two make a lot of sense as like all manufacturing there is good and bad about both.

Have a trawl around the threads and there is a few of mine shown, generally functional prints for the complex shapes and Laser use for the flat slabs makes the most sense to me at least.

Your machine should be a Shenhui which I consider among the best from China. You can cut PLA and PETG plastics by the way, I have never needed to but ya gotta try everything. Gene
