New to Ruida based CO2 laser and a fan of Russ

I am a semi retired Engineer who is interested in learning about different types of lasers. Also I need a shop tool to cut things out
in my learning endeavors. So I now have a "50w" Chinese Ruida based CO2 laser. Which is actually about 40 watts, but soon to
be upgraded to 60+ watts.
I have spent time researching (led based) solid state lasers mostly from a scientific standpoint. This is my first look at ionizing gas
(CO2) lasers and with a "real world" example use case...
I want to thank Russ Sarbar (SarbarMultimedia) for his excellent video series on youtube. He covers both real world use and under
the covers theory for laser, CO2 laser machines and RDWorks. I think he missed a calling to be a teacher.
I recommend any one
new to this stuff, to watch these videos (as I just did)...
