Hi,
Is there an option to engrave inner lines and cut outer lines with rdworks or some other software?

Welcome Kristo- you can do that in either program, you need two layers of the same lines on top of each other, one set to scan or engrave and one set to cut. It can be tricky to set up- you can do them separately and then center one over the second if it is easier. Gene

one set to scan or engrave - thats easy part
and one set to cut - this cuts also inner lines but I want only to cut outer lines

Not sure what the problem is- can you post a screenshot of what you are trying to do?

If I understand correctly what you are trying to do, this should help.
Ungroup your first layer (scan layer).
Select the outer line you want to cut.
Create this as another layer with another color and the settings you want.
Regroup the first layer (scan layer).
Now stack the 2nd cut layer on top of the 1st scan layer.
In LB this is one click. In RDW you can do it in several ways but basically, align left then align top and all should stack ok.
Be sure to set the order of your layers before you send it to the laser so you don't cut first.

You will need a different program to weld all of the individual countries together to obtain the outlines of the continents. I think it could be done in Lightburn software and certainly a program like Adobe Illustrator- not sure if there is a similar freeware program to do it.

It can be done in Inkscape but basically you will need to separate the outlines to their own layer and allocate them a colour. Whatever program you use you will likely need to 'trace' the outline unless it is already available on a layer in the original file.
