My laguna laser machine start to cut square like this now. Can anybody tell me why it started this?

Is the lens tight in the tube?

Yes it is

As it is generally square (looks quadrilateral but I assume camera offset?) and looks random in nature something in there is loose and shaky. So it most likely wont be a rail or motion (tend to be regular patterns) issue but more likely a mirror or lens mount/holder one.

I could be a smart ass and say earthquake...

Thanks A lot everybody the lens came lose. tighten it up and took care of the problem

That will do it. Had the tube come loose from the bottom of #3 but my cuts didn't look that bad.
