Accessories: I have a combining lenses, pin tables [homebuilt], honeycomb tables , wireless remote, Modifed Ultimate Air Assist, home built non-powered rotary device, PrusaMK4 and Mini Prusa printers.

I am going to take a stab at this as it is a common issue. You have a vector that you want to scale to a different size, which is fairly easy in most vector graphic programs. I am hoping this shows the things to look out for when doing this. One direction will normally be OK but the other direction needs to be change in order for slots and holes to still fit.
Changing the thickness of materials will be similar.
