We have a large stock of pvc plastics but it is so easy to use acrylics for laser cutting/engraving that I cannot imagine that it would be worth the work and hazards involved to do this. A couple Xmases ago one of our members [wonder what happened to him?] cut vinyl records for sale and showed pix of the machine afterwards- the damage was very graphic. And then there is the noxious fumes which are deadly. I would not do this.

Try this video as a reason NOT to consider cutting Vinyl and the fact that the by products if it goes wrong will kill you
