Laser Head Won't Move

500X400 60W Chinese laser. The head won't move when I turn the machine on. I get a single beep and then nothing. I can't move it from panel or Lightburn. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

More information will help. Is the laser new, did it work in the past, how familiar are you with the software, etc.

Can you move the head with the machine off (using your hands)? Or is it jammed up for some reason?
Do the stepper motors make any noise when you turn the machine on?
Are the limit switches lit up?
