Newbie From the UK

Hi all,
I am from the UK and have been watching quite a few of Russ's videos recently; I never knew there was a Forum so I am glad to have found it!
I have joined to learn more about laser cutting.
I have previously had a 50W machine and now have an 700x500 red/black 100W machine with a ruida controller and so far I have had nothing but issues!
The 100W tube arrived cracked, the lead time on a replacement was over a month so I opted for a smaller 80W, the 80W now isn't powering very well but does make cuts. The Ruida 6442S controller has now for some reason lost its homing positions and reads 10,000mm on both the X/Y locations on the screen
;on power up the laser head collides with the outer perimeter as it doesn't know where it is! I've only had the new machine for a month 
!
I will be sure to have a read through the forums to learn more and find solutions to some of the problems I have got and hopefully they will be sorted sooner rather than later!
