Hello,

Its great to have this forum to get more information and trouble shooting while having a laser engraver at my work to do a better job for my company. Long story short, engraver was purchased and ran by employees that left the company prior to my hiring. I had trouble getting an account set up but Admin was very helpful and responsive, thank you Pete. I'm from Oregon about an hour west of Portland.

There is a manual here that was re-written by a number of members that use the typical English most westerners are use to - you may find it useful
