Input switch glitches?

I've rewired my 50W laser and almost everything seems to be working.
Today I was testing the door safety switch I installed, when I noticed something strange.
The switch is working, I can see the status updating in the diagnoses screen.
The thing is, that it looks like the status of the door switch is glitching.
When the door is closed and I activate (for instance) the z-axis limit switch, the door switch status changes to active (door open).
It stays active, even after releasing the z-axis limit switch. It only starts working again, when I open and close the door.
The x- and y- limit switch do the same.
I've already tried changing the wiring on the door limit switch. I've even put a jumper wire instead of the switch. Even then, the status changes when one of the limit switches is triggered.
It looks like there's a problem with the controller itself. Has anybody had this problem before?

Only time I had a similar problem is when I swapped controllers, and forgot that the controllers switch the ground, not the positive. Everything is positive to...

You may have swapped something and are inadvertently providing a ground path. Or you have a wire that's rubbed through the insulation and is giving a ground path if moved. A shot in the dark, but hey.

All the wiring is new, so I doubt that's the problem.
Besides, I put a jumper wire directly from ground to the door protect input, and even then it happens.
I also tried connecting all the ground wires, to eliminate any chance of interference, but to no avail.
I'm at a loss at the moment.
