Editing the Materials Library

I have been cobbling together a materials library for my peeps here at the shop- they do not have/take the time to figure out settings so I try to make it easy for them. The RDw library I always edited with Notepad++ and then had to copy to the various different RD programs I had installed on the laserputer. I have pretty much switched over to LB and it is very pleasant to work with. I do have to go back to RDw on occasion to look at a file or check what settings I had for it. Does anyone have any tips on maintaining the LB library? Thanks Gene

The only tip I have is to save the library file to a cloud location to make it easy for any of your networked PCs with LightBurn on it to access it.

Yep- I have on a LAN and it seems to work well. I am anxiously waiting for the multiple tabs to appear as I always have 5-10 things going at a time. I tried multiple LB programs but as only one will link to the laser it does not work very well.

I am really liking [close to love ] Lightburn and I am sure that the mighty Oz and peeps are working as fast as they can, but as we all know, the more you do and accomplish, the more is expected of you.
